About Me

Emily
I am a high-school English teacher who enjoys cooking and somewhat of a foodie (though I have qualms with that term and the privilege associated with it). I am a thoughtful eater, but I am not a dietary zealot; I hold an adventurous attitude towards food but am respectful (within reason) and appreciative of varying philosophies and where morality intersects with culinary and dietary decisions.
